Created in a 2007 reorganization of Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, Quality Health Strategies, Inc. (QHS) was established to improve our competitive edge, and allow for diversification of product lines as QHS continues to grow and develop. Over the years our subsidiaries, Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, Inc. (Delmarva Foundation); Delmarva Foundation of the District of Columbia, Inc. (DFDC); Health Integrity, LLC; and Quality Health Foundation, Inc. (QHF) have worked to improve health services and programs and―as the healthcare landscape changes with implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act―QHS companies will be at the forefront as a leader in shaping new programs that will improve quality outcomes and reduce medical fraud, waste, and abuse.
