A Catalyst for Healthcare Improvement

Mission Statement
As the mission arm of QHS, the Quality Health Foundation (QHF) improves the health of individuals and communities through providing charitable grants to organizations that wish to undertake improvement projects. Funding priority is based on a project's potential to impact access to and quality of healthcare and human services to individuals and communities. Projects should also focus on improving outcomes through the use of collaborative approaches.

Funding Overview
QHF funds projects of many types, including service demonstrations and rapid-cycle change projects that have the potential to produce high measurable impacts on health outcomes. Grants of up to $50,000 may be awarded to eligible organizations, for a one-year funding cycle. Grants may occasionally be extended for a second year.
