Thomas SextonJ. Todd Jennings - Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Jennings aligns technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. He is responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization. Mr. Jennings leads strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.

Prior to his work at QHS, Mr. Jennings was Executive Director of Technology for Medifast, Inc. in Owings Mills, Maryland. In that role he was responsible for day-to-day operations of the various technologies groups within Medifast. In Fiscal Year 2009 he reduced the company’s IT expenses by $1.1 million and increased ecommerce sales by $2.76 million.

Mr. Jennings has held other leadership positions in technology including Chief Information Officer for the Transplant Center of Maryland/LifeLogics and Director of Internet Services and Applications for LCG Technologies. He was also founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Tiger Incorporated, an information technology consulting firm that provided application-hosting, programming, and network design services to customers in 38 countries.

Mr. Jennings earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and served as a Petty Officer assigned to Admiral Staff Duty in the United States Navy.
