As Controller, Ms. Peter coordinates, administrates, and controls financial operations while overseeing the development of financial accounting systems to maintain reporting requirements. She negotiates contracts with external contractors and vendors and supervises the external yearly audit process. Ms. Peter also implements and directs budgets, cash flow analysis and forecast models, builds solid relationships with financial institutions, and supervises the Finance Department personnel and the overall flow of routine operations.

Previously a Financial Analyst for Arinc Incorporated, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson State University.
