Quality Health Strategies appoints Vice President of Human Resources
Easton, MD, Oct. 27, 2011 — Quality Health Strategies has appointed Deborah Keller as the company’s Vice President of Human Resources.
In her new role, Keller will lead all function of the HR Business Unit including employee relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, recruiting, and information management.
“I am delighted to be a part of the QHS team and am committed to the organization’s mission,” she said. “My entire career has been spent in Human Resources and I look forward to using my knowledge and skills to create a positive impact on the services that most affect our employees.”
Keller most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Strayer Education in Herndon, Va. There she oversaw HR operations for more than 5,000 employees in 22 states.
“Deborah comes to us with a rich portfolio of diverse experience,” said Fredia Wadley, QHS President and Chief Executive Officer. “She is a talented senior professional with a track record of innovative leadership, transitioning under-performing organizations into top producers and guiding other organizations through accelerated growth and global market expansion.
